As a developer and general contractor building ten to twelve houses each year, RDI’s Home Ownership Program is an important contributor to the Franklin County and North Quabbin area economy.

Each year building suppliers and subcontractors are invited to give price quotes for their supplies and/or work for the homes RDI builds.
