In 2013, Dial Self, a regional non-profit focused on the needs of homeless youth, in concert with the Massachusetts Community Economic Development Assistance Corporation (CEDAC), approached RDI with an active project, in search of RDI’s support and technical assistance to bring the project to fruition. RDI then engaged as the sponsor and developer for the pre-development, construction and close-out phases of the Orange Teen Housing, Inc. Using a combination of public and private loans, construction was completed in September 2015.  Orange Teen House is located in downtown Orange and offers ten subsidized apartments for youth (18-24) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness at the time of application and willing to participate in contracted supportive services provide by Dial Self.
