RDI’s purpose is to finance, develop, package, insure, manage, regulate, control, acquire and own diverse types of housing designed to provide safe, sanitary and suitable living accommodations of any and every type and kind to all persons of low, moderate and middle income within Franklin County and the north Quabbin region. We seek to develop housing that is compatible in size and scale to our rural communities. We actively involve local planning boards, town officials and zoning boards in our work.
