Project Description
located in downtown Orange, offers ten subsidized apartments for youth who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Amenities include supportive services, laundry facilities, convenient access to public transportation, local shops, and restaurants.

Income limits are adjusted according to family size which includes entire household income. All units are subsidized through either the Project Based Housing Choice Voucher program or the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program. Income limits for admission of an applicant are at 30%, 50% and 80% AMI. Income limit information can be found at huduser.gov.

Please note that the maximum household size for tenancy at Orange Teen Housing is one (1) household member.

Applicants must be 18-24 at the time of application and willing to participate in contracted supportive services provided by Dial Self.
