Project Description
The Orange Teen House, located in downtown Orange, offers ten subsidized apartments for youth who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Amenities include supportive services, laundry facilities, convenient access to public transportation, local shops, and restaurants.
Eligibility
All units are subsidized through either the Project Based Housing Choice Voucher program or the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program. Please refer to the Income Eligibility Chart.

In order to meet rent affordability requirements, rent must total no more than 35% of a household's total monthly income. Households that already have housing vouchers (Section 8, MRVP, or others) will also meet rent affordability requirements, and are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be 18-24 at the time of application and willing to participate in contracted supportive services provided by Dial Self.
